Hi everyone. My 2017 Honda Civic is coming close to its 10-year mark, and with current COE prices being absolutely insane, I am trying to keep it running perfectly to pass the upcoming VICOM inspection. I noticed some oil dampness around the steering rack boot. Will VICOM fail me instantly for any minor fluid leaks under the carriage? Also, can anyone recommend a reliable workshop in Defu Lane that won't overcharge?
